November is National Peanut Butter Lover’s month! I was very excited to learn that there is an entire month to celebrate my love for peanut butter (although I celebrate year round by eating peanut butter almost every day). Not only is peanut butter an inexpensive plant-based source of protein, but it’s extremely versatile and keeps me full for a long time.
